Hit it longer, hit it straighter. Any golfer wishing to get to the top of his or her game, no matter at what level he or she is playing, will be concerned with enhancing power, consistency and endurance. Today's golfer only needs a few hours a week in the gym or doing fitness exercises to increase the length of your drive by more thsan 30 yards. The increase in muscle power can be boosted by using protein type supplements like B.gain.
